Hi, I’m Nicole, a Colorado native with Texas roots and a proud dog mom. I feel most grounded exploring new places: mountain air, coastal spaces, good food, and sunshine.

In 2025, I founded Claim Genie, built on my foundation of 10+ years in customer service and 6+ years in the automotive industry, with experience ranging from R&I operations to vehicle enhancements and managing PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) shop workflows. I’ve always been drawn to how systems function beneath the surface and how to transform them into something stronger and more intentional.

My mission is to help shops overcome operational challenges by establishing clarity, coherence, and sustainable workflows that support real growth.

Hi, I’m Jenny! With over 10 years of customer service experience, I’ve learned how to stay steady and organized even in the busiest hail seasons growing up in Colorado.

I focus on ensuring shops receive reliable communication, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through on every claim. I’m passionate about helping owners streamline their administrative processes and reclaim their time.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, gaming to unwind, and taking trips to the mountains.
